Passas winery is a family business that operates in Stavrochori village, in the prefecture of Xanthi since 2016. On the slopes north of the Nestos valley, at the foot of the Rhodope mountain range and at an altitude of 130m. The vineyards of Passas winery spread out, quenching their thirst from the waters of the "Mavra Nera" spring.
